Professional skills and qualification:

4+ years experience in IT;

3+ years experience in .NET programming;
-
Very good knowledge of WinForms;
-
Knowledge of SCSF, Web Services, Java, SQL, databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle) is an advantage;
-
International work experience is an advantage;
-
Good knowledge of math/statistic;
-
Very good communication skills;
-
Team player;
-
Excellent level in English reading/speaking/writing;
-
Good understanding of Russian and Latvian.
Responsibilities:
-
Complete assigned software development tasks within defined timeframes and according to the company/project standards;
-
Test and document software code according to the company/project standards;
-
Use company/project’s management, monitoring and tracking tools as required;
-
Work closely with software testing team and assist them when required;
-
Review software code, report review results and assist co-workers in code improvement;
-
Supervise new team members and handle escalated issues;
-
Lead technical workstream(s) and manage subordinates;
-
Provide deep technical expertise on all software development stages.
