Duties and responsibilities
- Review, verify and authenticate incoming and outgoing transactions, ensuring compliance with the AML policies and requirements, and transaction monitoring protocols. In collaboration with the AML Team request the information from the clients if needed;
- Maintain relationships and communication channels (via calls, emails, i-bank) with banking partners, and promptly deliver the information received from the financial partners to colleagues (including business and AML teams);
- Document reviewed payments documentation of the transaction confirmation documentation, checked transactions and correspondence of foreign correspondent accounts;
- Perform the additional fee transactions, maintain accurate accounting and documentation records, perform necessary calculations, ensuring precision and adherence to relevant price-lists;
- Examine payment system records to verify their completeness and accuracy, ensuring all accounting entries pertaining to payments are accurate. Reconcile these records with respective correspondent-partners and monitor the movement of funds in transit.
- Ensure the operational functioning of the all payment and related systems and address any IT-related issues, proactively initiating and resolving operational concerns;
- Monitor the operation of the SWIFT system, ensure data entry into the system and their transmission. Validate prepared SWIFT messages before prior to sending;
- Ensure the proper application of clients' fund safeguarding policies and procedures, as well as the reconciliation process for clients' funds;
- Record collected invoices and execute payments in accordance with the management/finance instructions;
- Prepare the statistical/operational reports of transactions, clients, accounting positions.
Requirements to candidates
- Experience: at least 2-year in similar position of financial institution.
- Language: English.
- Knowledge: familiarity with technology and IT systems, with a willingness and ability to adapt and learn new technologies; knowledge of the software development process and ability to automate personal job tasks.
- Work mode: hybrid.
- Proposed remuneration: depending of qualification: 2000-2600 EUR gross/month.
