Samsung Electronics Baltics was founded in 1999, and currently has 130  employees, located across all three Baltic countries with the central sales office situated in Riga, Latvia. We are a small but a very ambitious and multinational subsidiary of Samsung.


Samsung Electronics Baltics is looking for a :


Key responsibilities:

  • Design, create and localize product training programs and materials for the local market; the products include such Samsung products as mobile telephones, tablets, wearable devices
  • Deliver trainings to partners, B2B customers in order to improve their sales skills and results and maintain and help them develop good knowledge about the brand overall
  • Monitor, coach and develop training and sales skills for the local Field Trainers
  • Train, certify and re-certify Samsung Experience Store (SES) newcomers and deliver follow-up trainings
  • Plan, organize, review and evaluate Field Trainers’ tasks and activities
  • Manage internal budget approvals using internal corporate systems (SAP)
  • Gather statistics and prepare reports for the country based training activities

Key competencies:

Soft skills:

  • Communication – strong and influential with very good presentation skills,
  • People – excellent team working, good interpersonal skills,
  • Speed – can keep up to speed and successfully manage change in a fast moving environment

Hard skills:

  • Fluency in English and Latvian, Russian knowledge will be considered a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn various products and their features
  • Good computer literacy
  • Driving licence (B) is a must

To be successful in this role, ideally you have:

  • Experience in product merchandising or product training
  • Good knowledge of sales skills and processes so that you can teach others to sell better Samsung products
