As​ ​a​ ​Customer​ ​Success​ ​Manager​ ​you​ ​will​ ​be​ ​the​ ​advocate​ ​of​ ​our​ ​Customers​ ​and​ ​their​ ​needs​ ​within​ ​the​ ​company. You​ ​will​ ​be​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​driving​ ​usage​ ​and​ ​Customer​ ​loyalty​ ​by​ ​helping​ ​and​ ​consulting​ ​them​ ​on,​ ​how​ ​to​ ​use Infogram​ ​to​ ​support​ ​their​ ​business​ ​goals​ ​through​ ​demos​ ​and​ ​on-boarding​ ​programs.​ ​You​ ​will​ ​be​ ​part​ ​of​ ​Infogram Sales​ ​team,​ ​located​ ​in​ ​Riga,​ ​Latvia.​ ​Your​ ​Customers​ ​will​ ​be​ ​global​ ​businesses,​ ​organisations​ ​and​ ​media​ ​companies. Your​ ​KPIs​ ​will​ ​be​ ​activity​ ​metrics​ ​(meetings,​ ​demos)​ ​and​ ​monthly​ ​revenue​ ​targets.​ ​We​ ​are​ ​looking​ ​for​ ​someone​ ​with prior​ ​experience,​ ​but​ ​we​ ​will​ ​appreciate​ ​applications​ ​from​ ​University​ ​graduates​ ​without​ ​it,​ ​if​ ​you​ ​are​ ​confident​ ​that​ ​this is​ ​perfect​ ​fit​ ​for​ ​you.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS​ ​degree;
  • 1-3​ ​years​ ​of​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​Sales,​ ​Marketing,​ ​Customer​ ​Success​ ​or​ ​Account​ ​Management​ ​is​ ​preferred;
  • Excellent​ ​communication​ ​skills​ ​in​ ​English,​ ​both​ ​verbal​ ​and​ ​written;
  • Customer​ ​centric​ ​thinking​ ​and​ ​personality;
  • Excellent​ ​listening​ ​ability​ ​and​ ​presentation​ ​skills;
  • You​ ​think​ ​in​ ​terms​ ​of​ ​Customer​ ​benefits​ ​rather​ ​than​ ​product​ ​features;
  • You​ ​are​ ​proactive​ ​individual​ ​with​ ​hunger​ ​to​ ​learn​ ​on​ ​a​ ​daily​ ​basis;
  • You​ ​possess​ ​the​ ​utmost​ ​responsibility​ ​towards​ ​the​ ​quality​ ​and​ ​results​ ​of​ ​your​ ​work;
  • You​ ​are​ ​able​ ​to​ ​multitask,​ ​think​ ​fast​ ​and​ ​prioritise​ ​your​ ​daily​ ​tasks;
  • You​ ​like​ ​technology​ ​and​ ​are​ ​able​ ​to​ ​work​ ​with​ ​multiple​ ​tools​ ​and​ ​services; 

 
Responsibilities:

  • Build​ ​in-depth​ ​expertise​ ​of​ ​Infogram​ ​data​ ​visualisation​ ​service​ ​and​ ​it’s​ ​use​ ​cases;
  • Build​ ​in-depth​ ​understanding​ ​of​ ​business​ ​challenges​ ​and​ ​needs​ ​of​ ​our​ ​Customers;
  • Consult​ ​our​ ​Customers​ ​on​ ​using​ ​Infogr.am​ ​to​ ​support​ ​their​ ​business​ ​goals;
  • Be​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​onboarding​ ​and​ ​activating​ ​new​ ​Customers;
  • Be​ ​responsible​ ​for​ ​retention​ ​(subscription​ ​renewals)​ ​of​ ​existing​ ​Customers;
  • Perform​ ​regular​ ​usage​ ​activity​ ​checks​ ​via​ ​Customer​ ​analytics​ ​tools;
  • Establish,​ ​implement​ ​and​ ​run​ ​procedures​ ​to​ ​increase​ ​and​ ​maintain​ ​Customer​ ​activity​ ​and​ ​loyalty;
  • Lead​ ​trainings​ ​and​ ​demos;
  • Develop​ ​case​ ​studies​ ​and​ ​best​ ​practices​ ​of​ ​successful​ ​Infogram​ ​usecases;
  • Identify​ ​and​ ​exploit​ ​potential​ ​upselling​ ​possibilities;
  • Collect​ ​feedback​ ​from​ ​Customers​ ​to​ ​use​ ​it​ ​further​ ​as​ ​input​ ​for​ ​product​ ​development; 

You​ ​would​ ​have​ ​advantage​ ​if:

  • You​ ​are​ ​fluent​ ​in​ ​another​ ​language​ ​apart​ ​from​ ​English,​ ​Latvian​ ​or​ ​Russian​ ​(Spanish,​ ​French​ ​preferred)​ ​;
  • You​ ​have​ ​experience​ ​with​ ​web​ ​analytics​ ​or​ ​customer​ ​analytics​ ​tools;
  • You​ ​have​ ​work​ ​experience​ ​in​ ​technology​ ​or​ ​SaaS​ ​company;
