Why we need you?

You are an experienced Learning & Development Manager who can design corporate business training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes, identifying training and developmental needs and driving appropriate training initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers
  • Design an overall or individualized training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations
  • Implement a variety of training methods according to learners needs
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them
  • Manage training budget
  • Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
  • Detailed knowledge of L&D methodology and practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
  • Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors
  • Experience of delivering training to an adult workforce
  • Be able to deliver the full learning cycle
  • Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)


  • Degree in Psychology, Pedagogy will be considered as advantage
