Job description, tasks
 
  • To provide and maintain high service and customer care standards to our guests onboard
  • Responsible for all food and service related issues in his/her assigned station of responsibility and guest satisfaction

    Requirements
     
  • Minimum age 21
  • Diploma from a recognised apprenticeship program, or equivalent
  • ust have good command of the English language both written and spoken
  • At least 2 years of full time working experience on 4*-5* star hotel/restaurant, in the addition of catering college, catering to an international clientele
    		•
    Beneficial skills
     
  • Previous experience from another Cruise Line
  • Requires the knowledge of all aspects of good quality restaurant service
