At Tele2 IoT, and especially within the team Professional services, we are innovating for a better future and a more connected society.The Professional Services team at Tele2 IoT are working with Service Delivery, Customer Solution Architecture Customer Engagement/Service Management, as well as being the center of excellence when it comes to non-standard requests and Professional Services orders.

Your leadership will be instrumental in driving customer engagement, service management, and customer solution architecture, positioning Tele2 IoT as a leader in the field.

This role is meant for You if You have:

• strong leadership skills;
• a great understanding of yourself, who you are, and what you want in life;
• a high interest in IoT, preferably with a few years experience in IoT;
• a strong relationship builder and maintainer;
• proven success in an IoT or new technology environment;
• a social and collaborative person with a high degree of common sense;
• excellent English skills, both verbal and written;
• a fearless and challenging attitude.

Your main tasks will be: 

• P&L responsibility for the Professional Services team, including budget and forecasting;
• ownership of vision, roadmap, and execution of Professional Services roadmap;
• ownership of uninterrupted delivery of our services to VIP customers;
• ownership of customer SLAs and service quality standards;
• full management of a team of 5 people based in 2 countries (Sweden and Latvia);
• continuous development of a team of professionals responsible for VIP customer technical solutions and services;
• C-Level customer engagement for all VIP customers;
• close collaboration with Sales to enable new revenue streams;
• participation in bid management;
• close cooperation and collaboration with other leaders at Tele2 IoT, Tele2 B2B and Tele2 Group;
• prioritization/escalation management.

Salary: from 2800 EUR (gross)
