Requirements for candidates

Graduated from Computer Engineering or related studies, might be last year student;
Good level of English;
Ability to work in shifts (days);
Preferred minimum 1-year proven experiences in similar role, but not mandatory;
Knowledge of Windows Client Operating System;
Microsoft Office Knowledge (Microsoft certificate is preferred);
Ability to adapt to companys processes and procedures;
Good documentation skills;
Sufficient knowledge of the network structure;
Knowledge of ITIL standards.

Job description

To provide end users with support and solution for PC, Printer, Network, Operating System, Smartphone, Hardware and Software;
Working on IT documentation.
