As the Head of CRM at Entain Baltics & Nordics, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our player retention strategy. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals and work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance player engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and data-driven retention expert to make a significant impact in the iGaming industry.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop, own and drive a comprehensive player retention strategy that includes personalized marketing campaigns, loyalty programs, and player engagement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing retention team, setting clear goals and KPIs for individual and team performance.
• Analyze player data and behaviour to identify opportunities for improving retention rates and player satisfaction.
• Generate regular reports to monitor, evaluate and improve the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted and effective retention campaigns across various channels, including email, SMS, in-app messaging, and push notifications.
• Implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to maximize the effectiveness of retention initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key retention metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Work closely with the product development team to identify and prioritize features and improvements that enhance the player experience and increase retention.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in player retention
REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar role, ideally within the online entertainment, e-commerce or online gaming industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret player data and draw actionable insights.
• Experience managing and leading a team, with a focus on coaching and development.
• In-depth knowledge of retention marketing strategies, segmentation, personalization, and customer lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in using retention tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding retention targets.
• Self-motivated, innovative thinker with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• Passion for the iGaming industry and a deep understanding of player preferences and motivations.
