- Coordinate and lead O&M team (for all technologies)
- Develop and implement O&M strategy and structure for onshore projects in Latvia
- Ensure critical spare parts strategy development and implementation for project installations in Latvia
- Manage maintenance service agreements for renewables projects in Latvia and ensure their smooth and efficient operation
- Ensure smooth handover from construction phase to operation
- Maintain schedules of all necessary service works for renewables project in Latvia
- Report on regular basis to the Head of O&M (Onshore) about O&M issues
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Have a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or similar field
- Have at least 3 years of experience in operation and maintenance of power plant in Latvia
- Have a good knowledge of regulatory requirement and other related legal acts
- Are skilled in MS Office Suite and have knowledge of SCADA systems
- Have driving license
- Possess a strong command of the English language
- Demonstrate excellent communication and team management skills.
