Prasības kandidātiem / Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other relevant field.
Fluent English, both written and spoken.
Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
3 years of experience with support of Human Resources processes in international environment.
Experience with Compensation and Benefits processes (job matching and salary benchmarking, employee benefits management) will be an advantage.
Proven analytical and reporting skills.

Darba pienākumu apraksts / Job description

Contribute to all aspects of the global Compensation and Benefits practice development and implementation.
Support people managers regarding queries on job descriptions, job titles and compensation.
Communicate Compensation and Benefits programs to stakeholders with a call to action and educate the wider audience on.
Participate in market surveys and monitor market trends / developments in the Compensation and Benefits area.
Work with HR teams by engaging them into Compensation and Benefits related projects.
