As Accountant your main task will be to provide the highest level accountancy services, helping to keep accounts and accounting operations whilst working to achieve company's growth and income. 💻

Your daily responsibilities will be:

Supplier invoice processing (validation, accounting assignment, sending out for approval, follow-ups)
Purchase requisition and purchase order review and follow-up
Payment settlement
Bank reconciliation
Asset registration
Supplier and cost center master updates
Responding to inquiries from suppliers and company's employees
Continuous improvement and other assigned tasks

Our requirements are:

English and Latvian language skills, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
Good social skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with others
Excellent time management
Excellent computer skills (Windows Office)
Analytical and problem solving skills
University level degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Finance would be considered as advantage
