As the head of the Customer Hub, your role will be instrumental in devising and executing a robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy. We're seeking someone with a strong history of implementing effective CRM initiatives in e-commerce and international trade, with a focus on fostering customer loyalty and increasing lifetime value.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage and support CRM team:
  1. Task planning and prioritization
  2. Workload management
  3. Training and team building
  • Develop and execute CRM strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Define personalized customer journeys and touchpoints.
  • Implement customer segmentation strategies.
  • Utilize data for tailored marketing messages.
  • Lead and optimize marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with other marketing teams.
  • Analyze customer behavior and engagement.
  • Collect and act on customer feedback.
  • Oversee CRM tool integration and optimization.
  • Manage CRM-related projects and budgets.
  • Stay updated on CRM trends and best practices.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of local and international CRM strategies.
  • Marketing strategies implementation experience.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Experience in website analytics tools and data-driven decision-making (Google analytics, Looker, BigQuery, Excel).
  • Excellent English language skills.
  • Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to work and manage a team in hybrid/virtual work environment.
  • An understanding of ATL & digital media and dependencies between media channels and traffic sources.
