Project Manager Requirements:
- 3 years proven experience in project management with at least 1million turnover within the construction industry.
- Strong technical background.
- Electrical Engineering experience would be an advantage.
- MS Office and AutoCAD advanced user.
- People Management experience.
- Free command of English and Russian languages.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Stress resistance and high sense of responsibility.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership of small to large sizes projects.
- Liaising with Site Managers and site teams, keeping track of progress monitoring documents.
- Control of projects' progress. Accurate and timely submission of progress for invoicing purposes.
- Assisting estimation and preparation of commercial offers.
- Reviewing commercial offers.
- Supervision of procurement and site management activities.
- Supervision of the delivery of order and Control of Cable, Containment and small mounting materials.
- Tender meetings.
- Controlling use of access equipment and storage containers on sites.
Project Manager Role Involves:
- Breaking the project into tasks.
- Breaking down the tasks and subtasks.
- Manage and monitor all tasks via TRELLO task manager.
- Setting an appropriate schedule for the material deliveries.
- Material order, logistics and tracking.
- Defining milestones, and highlighting the project dependencies.
- Necessary human resource acknowledgment.
- Delegate responsibilities to management team members according to their assignment.
- Monitor progress and track blockers.
- Prepare a relevant claim documentation and submit notices.
- Prepare monthly progress reports and apply them according to agreement time schedule.
- Daily coordination with client.
- Make sure the project is running on time and to budget.
- Deal with changes to the project as and when necessary.
