- Oversee general office operations within Evolution group offices in Latvia, Bulgaria, Poland, Portugal, Netherlands, Estonia and further offices by working directly with various stakeholders.
- Supervise multiple Office Management teams and their allocated resources across said locations.
- Monitor and manage the office stocks and their resupplying process.
- Provide reviews of supplier proposals and guide supplier/sub-contractor work.
- Maintain and implement unified policies and procedures for document workflow, visitor handling, and localizing them to different location needs.
- Prepare and allocate budget for said locations and its team members.
- Care for good working conditions and office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, equipment, and supply procurement at the same time looking for cost efficiency.
- Maintain and enhance internal and external client/customer service across your teams and suggest general improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics for Office Management teams, analyze trends and make adjustments across your team's approach.
- Manage your teams performance, provide regular feedbacks and, if necessary, improvement plans.
- Supervise, mentor and and coach new team staff members across various locations dedicated areas.
