In this role being a part of our HRB Portal Implementation Team you will ensure the successful setup of HRB Portal solutions with our clients in Baltics as a Payroll specialist youll be responsible for providing the best practices insights, helping our clients with new solutions implementation, business and system requirements specifications. Be ready to be challenged and have fun!
Your responsibilities:
- HRB Portal implementation and optimization:
- Participate in workshops for clients on Payroll processes and solution needs
- Business requirements fixation and maintenance
- Payroll module system set-up
- Payroll module system quality assurance (testing)
- Creating test cases based on requirements, executing test cases after improvements are done
- Proactive work with the team to manage open cases and responding within agreed timescales
