Responsibilities
- Create and update contracts, info records & source lists in SAP, with help of robot
- Solve invoice deviations and define strategies to prevent them from happening again
- Work on projects to automate non-value-added tasks
- Onboard suppliers to the Ariba Network and train planners and suppliers to exchange documents electronically
- Run Procurement Reports & Analytics
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Any other language (German, Italian or French) is considered an asset but not required
- Excellent Computer skills (SAP, MS Office, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Organized, accurate and proactive
- Can work in an independent manner, as well as integrate well into a team
