Job description

The Product Manager is responsible for the overall vision, strategy, and direction of our product verticals Core Platform, Sportsbook, Casino, Payments, Rewards and Front-End. The role requires data driven alignment of our roadmaps, to deliver measurable value in our product offering. The right Product Manager will have a passion for creating and delivering the highest levels of Customer Experience, while also ensuring we are constantly delivering leading-edge solutions and services. We are looking for Product Managers who can build and lead a product vertical in line with our company strategy, values and can deliver the right product into the right market to achieve commercial success.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Product Strategy: Develop, communicate, and present product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals, market trends and customer feedback;
-Product Ownership: Own a product end to end. Work to define and communicate the product vision and strategy and ensure the organisation is building world class products to meet market demands and opportunities;
-Product Lifecycle: Manage the release and rollout of products; Continue to own the product through its lifecycle via updates, evangelising with clients and integrating into other parts of the business;
-Communication: Communicate and collaborate with other teams to effectively remove impediments, ensure technical alignment, and resolve cross functional dependencies. Prepare and present product reviews;
-Product Leadership: Provide leadership and direction, internally and externally as a representative function of the company, our values, and products. Inspire, engage, train and guide team members while also providing effective feedback. Assume responsibility for teams performance, goals and KPIs;
-Prioritisation: Prioritise high-level key initiatives and produce data driven roadmaps. Develops business cases for new features or improvements to existing products;
-Analyse: Analyse product, client, and market data to identify and define new product opportunities or improvements to current products;
-Stabilise: Ensure that products are properly documented with comprehensive training material. Safeguard consistent functionality across the full platform. Products must be easily maintainable, low cost, low friction and easy to deploy. Ensure that technical stability and performance is maintained to agreed Service Level Agreement. Products must support a high degree of scalability and are built to deliver the highest level of customer experience;

Requirements

- 3+ Product Management Experience, ideally strong domain knowledge in the Gaming industry;
- Commercial experience of working with suppliers;
- Experience working with Software as a Service companies;
- Experience with iterative, value-driven product releases;
- Experience working with cross functional teams in a technology domain.
- Proficiency with Atlassian tools (especially JIRA & Confluence);
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and their effective implementation;
- Knowledge of SAFe framework;
- Professional Scrum Product Manager/Product Owner;
-Research skills;
-Leadership skills.
