Responsibilities
- Provide high quality, consistent HR guidance, support and resolution to managers and employees with focus on employee-centric service
- Managing the integrity and security of employment data in systems, processes etc
- To acquire good knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors etc), support other users in the system
- Be an active contributor in global and local HR projects and initiatives
- Work on HR process improvements based on best practice and frequently seen issues
- Ensure high-quality process documentation
