General responsibilities:
- Supporting project managers in their daily project work, especially in project account controlling and analysis for several IT projects.
- Understanding of project management methods, framework, standards, processes, and tools by working on specific customer projects.
- Project controlling data maintenance within company's project management tools.
- Monthly communication on individual projects and their controlling with project managers.
- Setting up controlling for new projects according to contractual requirements of the project.
- To plan, communicate and track/ report the activities in the project controlling processes, for project structures to document and manage project plans in appropriate project planning system.
Job requirements:
- Fluent German and English (each at least C1 level).
- Successfully completed studies or a comparable qualification.
- Initial experience in the project management, controlling or similar field.
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting.
- Education in the project management field will be considered as an advantage.
- Good analytical skills as well as presentation and communication skills.
- Advanced MS Office Skills, in particular MS Excel, MS Power Point and MS Outlook.
