Responsibilities:
- Orchestrating social media content strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube platforms
- Create an editorial calendar based on the overall Marketing calendar, create content, and ensure that deadlines are met in the execution phase
- Undertake content marketing initiatives including written, video and photo content to achieve business targets
- Edit, proofread, and constantly improve the written content across all communication channels
- Driving traffic and engagement that translates to sales and brand promotion
- Measuring the results of marketing activity, analysing SoMe traffic and engagement metrics
- Implementing SEO best practices and GA
- Expertise in social media platforms, knowing which platform different kinds of content are best suited to
- Designing and implementing creative marketing strategies to be present in local events and PR activities
- Generating texts for internal communication platforms
- Relationship building across all departments and cooperation partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Content marketing specialist
- Track record in Content Marketing, Copywriting, Design, Photoshooting and video content creation
- Ability to predict audience preferences with an editorial mindset
- Experience with online community building and expertise in social media platforms
- Data-driven and highly analytical
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and social media analytics
- Time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written, communication and writing skills in Latvian and English
- Passion for the automotive industry and deep understanding of the industry business
