3+ years of experience in logistics and B2B sales, business development
Experience or deep understanding of timber business or another sector would be considered as advantage
Ability to thrive in a competitive business environment, understanding of market dynamics and customer needs
Specific sector competence and shipping experience
Fluent in Latvian and English
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Strong research and strategic analysis skills
Category B driving licence

Research strategically prioritized areas, sectors, and target accounts to uncover potential business opportunities
Support the development of regional sales strategy
Identification of new business potential and customers according to the defined sales strategy
Actively seek clients, analyze the market, and develop unique sales approaches
Establish strong relationships among current and potential clients
Negotiate contracts, generate client proposals and close deals to meet business objectives
Coordinate business growth and profitability
