About the position:
We are looking for the HR Specialist.
We expect:
- Be a solution-oriented personality who feels comfortable in a highly dynamic environment;
- Be fluent in English, Latvian and Russian;
- Knowledge of labor law;
- Proficiency in MS Office and Teams;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Bonus points for experience in Quality management systems (ISO 9001).
Your daily duties:
- Manage the recruitment, headhunting and onboarding experience, overseeing selection processes, drafting new starter documentation, conducting HR induction and collaboration with IT;
- Organize and maintain various employment related areas: employee data, internal rules throughout the company and its branches;
- Provide support to management for employee administration and processing issues;
- Organization of the office environment improvement projects;
