Your responsibilities
- Communicating with customers through live chats and emails
- Helping merchants set up their online stores and creating their first products via email & chat
- Providing merchants with all the necessary information about Printify and POD
- Assisting merchants with order-related and account-related issues
- Building and maintaining efficient communication with existing/new customers and Print Partners
Minimum Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Availability to work in shifts
- You live in Latvia/Estonia with the legal right to work full-time for at least 12 months

- Tech-savviness & a good speed behind the keyboard
- Flexibility & open-mindedness to consistently learn new things
- An empathetic & patient mindset
- Readiness to work in a team setting and/or on your own
- Previous customer support work experience
- Experience in E-commerce and POD
