YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate in Talent Acquisition for different positions
Craft and put into action HR policies and procedures that aren't just a rulebook but a guide to fostering an amazing workplace
Maintain and improve Onboarding and Offboarding processes, ensuring every journey in and out is as smooth as silk
Collaborate with the HR team to organize and support initiatives related to employee well-being and wellness, company culture, employee engagement, internal communication etc.
Conduct market research to identify new trends and opportunities
Possibility to engage in other projects, initiatives and topics

WHAT WE EXPECT

Knowledge and/or experience with different HR functions
Experience in recruitment
Adaptability, being able to thrive in a changing environment
Great communication skills
Very good English knowledge - verbal and written
Familiarity with recruitment and HR software/tools is advantageous
Knowledge of crypto and the financial industry is a plus
