Our professional team is currently looking for an Executive Search Recruiter in Riga, Latvia.
This role is responsible for the execution of executive-level search and sourcing against global talent needs.
Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and post job openings on various job boards and recruitment sources;
- Use headhunting, boolean search, social media recruiting, etc.;
- Conduct executive search not only across Latvia and the Baltics but globally;
- Partner with HR and business leaders in the planning and execution of specific sourcing and selection initiatives which serve to strengthen core capabilities address specific skill needs, and both enhance and diversify our leadership bench talent;
- Interview and evaluate potential candidates at various stages through the recruitment process including phone screens, assessment tools, video interviews, etc.;
- Develop new channels of recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, HR management, or similar preferred;
- Proficiency in English;
- 3+ years of executive search experience is required;
- Experience recruiting globally;
- Experience communicating at the senior leadership level;
- Familiarity with various job boards and applicant tracking systems.
There is no one-size-fits-all here, we are quite flexible and use an individual approach with every Candidate we meet. We don't want to set any limits, but if we are naming the numbers, then the salary for this position is 2200 EUR Gross.
