Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and processes
- Conduct financial analysis to provide insights and recommendations, and assess financial risks
- Monitor costs and expenses to identify variances and trends
- Perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Close cooperation with the accounting team
- Reporting to the Bank of Latvia on a monthly/quarterly basis regarding financial performance
- Daily reporting to management on business-critical KPIs
- Financial oversight of partner entities
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Analytical mindset, structured thinking, understanding of process interactions and sequences, problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with ERP systems/loan systems will be considered as an advantage
- Preset knowledge would be considered an advantage
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy

The salary range for this position varies from 2500 EUR to 3000 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies
