Responsibilities
- Oversee all financial reporting and analysis at the group level
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies for Latvian entities
- Implement and maintain financial control systems and processes to improve efficiency on the group level
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
- Manage timely report submissions by local and international teams
- Analyze different financial and operational data, conclude the results and performance drivers to support management decisions
- Active participation in cash flow planning
- Assist in communication with external auditors and provide the requested information for the audit process
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial information
- Liaise with external auditors and manage audit processes
- Assist in the development and execution of the company's financial strategies
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- Maintenance of a unified chart of accounts and mapping across the group
What we are looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- A minimum of 3 years experience in a financial management role, preferably in lending or financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of Latvian financial regulations and accounting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Implementation of reporting tool will be considered as an advantage

The salary range for this position varies from 3400 - 4200 EUR gross depending on the skill set, experience, and other competencies.
