About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager in B2B Sales to join our team in Latvia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of ArcaPay's solutions in the local market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to thrive in the vibrant realm of fintech.

Principal responsibilities:
  • Proactively drive the sales of financial services, including currency exchange, international payments, and currency risk management solutions, targeting small and medium-sized companies in Latvia.
  • Engage with clients, prospects, and referral sources through proactive outreach initiatives such as calls, meetings, events, and participation in business organizations.
  • Attend industry events and conduct comprehensive market research to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
  • Assist in the seamless onboarding process for prospective clients, ensuring a smooth transition into our service ecosystem.
  • Foster and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring continued satisfaction and exploring avenues for further collaboration.
  • Contribute actively to the ongoing development of new products and enhancements to our existing offerings, leveraging insights gained from client interactions and market analysis.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales experience (experience in finance or consulting sectors would be advantageous).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Latvian and English; proficiency in Russian is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated willingness to continuously learn and evolve as a professional.
  • A sense of humour always helps.
