As our Operations Lead, you'll be the backbone of our operational prowess. Your mission? Lead the charge in developing and executing strategies to optimize our operations, forge new partnerships, spearhead initiatives, ensuring seamless efficiency and growth. What You'll Be Doing:

🚀 Leading the development and execution of operational and business development strategies to support the company's VASP portfolio

🚀 Building strong partnerships with various partners such as Financial Institutions, Legal service providers, CEX's, Incorporation specialists etc. worldwide

🚀 Overseeing day-to-day operations, including bank accounts management, market research, legal and licensing

🚀 Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

🚀 Collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment of operational activities with business goals

What We're Looking For:

🤩 A passion for FinTech and a keen understanding of industry trends - you know how high-risk businesses run

🤩 Strong relationship-building skills, with experience in partnering with financial institutions and other third-party providers

🤩 Understanding of AML/CFT laws and regulations across multiple jurisdictions

🤩 A true Leader who bring people together

🤩 A knack for identifying opportunities and turning them into success stories

🤩 Excellent communication skills (ENG and RU) - you're the maestro of negotiations
