We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented
Customer Service Support
to join our growing team at Osh casino and contribute to our success.
What you bring:
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping people.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively communicate with players from diverse backgrounds.
- The ability to work under pressure and remain calm in challenging situations, providing exceptional service even during peak hours.
- A commitment to providing a positive and memorable experience for our players, going the extra mile to resolve issues and ensure their satisfaction.
- Proficiency in English (English on level B1 or higher), written and verbal. Additional language skills are a plus.
- A strong understanding of online casino games and regulations (a plus).
- A positive attitude, a team player mentality, and a willingness to learn.
- Communicating effectively and efficiently with our customer base through Live Chat and email.
- Responding to customer requests and complaints in a timely and courteous manner by providing a resolution.
- Performing KYC verification for Players.
- Processing Withdrawal requests.
- Performing internal tasks to help enhance the customers perspective of our platform;
- Displaying a strong understanding and awareness of policies, procedures and licensing requirements.
- Preffering Experience in customer service and/or sales. Experience in iGaming/FinTech/Banking would be considered as an advantage.
