MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
· The preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts in compliance with accounting principles and regulations to Avesco group for 3 legal entities across Baltics.
· Sales margin analysis, cost control, monthly variance analysis, providing accruals for month-end closing.
· Daily monitoring of sales interfaces.
· Supporting the budgeting process and monitoring financial performance against budgetary targets.
· Collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen processes and achieve operational effectiveness.
Requirements
· Proven experience in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years of progressive finance experience.
· Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
· Strong understanding of Excel, SAP
· Fluency in English and Latvian.
· Strong communication skills with an ability to effectively interact with stakeholders on all levels.
