What You Will Do:

• Manage End User Computing area with a strong sense of ownership
• Drive End User Computing team of skilled engineers on the vendors side
• Solve problems, actively engage in incident resolution
• Plan and drive implementation of improvements
• Deliver work in a timely manner
• Adhere to Regulatory policies and procedures

What we expect:

• Strong understanding of Windows desktop operating system 
• Proficiency in deploying, configuring, and troubleshooting desktop and mobile hardware
• Experience with Intune mobile device management solution and Intune policies for device enrollment and compliance
• Proficiency in configuring and managing Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and Office applications
• Understanding of Azure Active Directory and its integration with Microsoft 365 services
• Good understanding of printing services and print management solutions 
• Experience with automated deployment of Windows devices (Microsoft Autopilot) 
• Good understanding of ITIL practices and frameworks
• Experience with remote support tools for assisting users with technical issues or service requests
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
