Trodo was founded in Norway in 2013 by two young IT enthusiasts (and brothers) and an experienced rally and car maintenance veteran. Role Description
Purchasing Team Leader is responsible for the delivery schedule by overseeing, controlling, planning and organizing the workflow. Also responsible for planning schedule of the Purchase Department employees. Purchasing Team Leader is also tasked with supporting activities for Purchasing processes and tasks defined by the Head of Purchase.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all purchasing activities
- To plan and organize team schedule and workflow
- To prepare reports
- To perform purchasing procedures and maintain warehouse inventory according to Trodo guidelines
- To perform supplier management and communication
- To perform employee training and development
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in relation with procurement
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and control the team as well as work within the team
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to accurately analyze and manage data
- Very good English and Latvian language skills
- Critical thinking and ability to work independently
As an advantage:
- Knowledge of the Russian language
- Experience with 1C
- Thorough knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI
