We have an amazing opportunity for an HR Specialist to join our Talent team in Latvia!

Main responsibilities:
- Taking full ownership of the onboarding process, personnel documentation and data update in the HR systems
- Supporting Recruitment, Training and Performance management processes
- Participating in HR-related international projects implementation
- Acting as an HR helpdesk to the EY personnel on various HR matters

Requirements:

- Degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or similar
- Good understanding of HR management scope and processes (experience in HR role would be considered an advantage)
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Accuracy, attentiveness, sense of duty, high level of responsibility and ownership
- Fluent in Latvian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
