Role description:
Circle K has the ambition to be the world’s preferred destination for convenience and fuel and a strong loyalty program is a key enabler. You as Specialist Loyalty Communication will be part of the Loyalty team in Sales and Marketing (S&M) Europe which works with stakeholders across markets to drive incremental net sales and a personalized customer experience. You will be responsible for driving loyalty marketing initiatives by executing loyalty communication and campaigns through Adobe Campaign for Circle K’s loyalty program in Europe currently available across seven countries with more than 4 million active members and ambitious growth targets. 
Key responsibilities:
   Execute direct customer communication and campaigns through Email, SMS and other channels (set workflows, customer segments, control groups and deliveries in Adobe Campaign, create proofs, schedule time for execution, follow-up campaign reports and distribute them to business units)
   Identify opportunities for improvements in upsell, cross sell and triggered based communication models utilizing segmentation, campaign analysis data and insights on customers’ behavior, lifecycle metrics etc. to enable a high degree of relevance and personalization in customer communication
   Execute relevant A/B testing plans for direct customer communication
   Regular interaction with representatives from local marketing departments to align communication through multiple channels and to share best practice
   Work closely with colleagues in European Loyalty team to secure campaign execution is ready throughout all systems (responsibility for Adobe Campaign part)
   Higher relevant education such as marketing, economics, business administration
   Previous working experience in marketing (minimum 2 yrs), preferably with email/SMS marketing
   In depth expertise and solid track record of working with marketing automation tools for campaign management
   Hands on ability and experience in configuring Adobe Campaign is an advantage
   Experience in developing A/B testing and campaign optimization
   Understanding of digital marketing channels and tools
   Good Excel and PowerPoint skills
   Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high sense of responsibility
   Excellent communication skills in English both written and verbal
   Experience from an international retail and/or matrix organization is a plus
