Do you want to work with grocery, e-commerce and traditional trade? And would you like to develop data-driven initiatives for one of the world’s greatest toy brand? Joining our Baltics Sales team, you will build relationships and partnerships with the largest and most professional retailers in the Baltic region.

Develop joint business and partnerships
As our new key account manager, you will be responsible for key customers in 3 countries: Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania. You will play a key role in the business unit as well as the Baltic Sales team, and your impact on the success of the business will be significant.


Based in Latvia, you will be responsible for everything from strategy to planning and implementation. Ensuring high quality customer planning, you will:

  • Create value based on LEGO® customers´ value propositions
  • Develop and implement customer business plans
  • Proactively identify and implement business improvement opportunities with support from functional experts within other LEGO functions
  • Develop strong partnerships with our customers
  • Be responsible for profit and loss statements

Participate in omni-channel creativity
You will join a highly professional Baltics Sales team and report to the Country Manager/Director. Our goal is to maximize the business potential of the traditional, grocery, wholesale and e-commerce channels in the Baltic region, while building the brand through engaging instore experiences, targeted both consumers and shoppers.

We will make sure to encourage you to share your ideas, try new things and make a real impact on the way we perform. You will get to think creatively while developing a thorough understanding of the international sales business of a celebrated family-owned company that is on a mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow.

Analytical and data-driven strategist
To succeed in this position, you employ a customer-focused and insight-driven approach, identifying and winning new commercial opportunities that create value for both the LEGO Group and our retail partners. You have a strong business understanding of the market both offline and online, and you possess the fruitful combination of a strategic perspective and strong executional skills. Moreover, you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience as a key account manager, preferably within a global company, and experience with ecommerce is an advantage
  • Hold a MSc in Economics, Business Administration or similar
  • Are an experienced user of MS Office (especially Excel) as well as SAP Business Warehouse
  • Are a great relationship builder towards colleagues and customers alike, and you are able to lead by example towards junior colleagues
  • Speak and write English as well as one of the Baltic languages effortlessly
