The role
We are looking for a highly motivated Order Processing Specialist to fulfill the "product compatibility service" provided by the company with a strong emphasis on executing tasks swiftly and accurately. The primary responsibilities encompass technical expertise with car parts catalogues, collaborative teamwork, professional conduct, and adherence to confidentiality.
Areas of Responsibility
Expertise with Car Parts Catalogues
- Efficiently navigate and utilize car parts catalogues to identify and locate automotive components.
- Validate the compatibility of the ordered components by reviewing technical specifications and ensure that they meet both the customer's and the vehicles requirements.
- Identify potential issues in customers' components selections and provide recommendations for alternative components if necessary.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional service delivery.
- Provide effective resolutions to the department escalations in a timely and accurate manner.
- Offer simple and clear follow-up instructions for escalated claims.
- Fulfill any additional pertinent tasks requested by direct management.
Professional Conduct
- Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times.
- Strictly uphold client confidentiality.
Up-to-Date Compliance
- Keep informed of new and updated guidelines regularly.
Requirements
- Excellent technical knowledge of the automotive industry
- Proficiency in using car parts catalogues and familiarity with automotive components.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.
- Passion for automobiles and a genuine enthusiasm for the automotive industry.
- Ability to stay composed and calm in a high-pressure, fast-paced atmosphere
- Attention to detail
- Fluency in English
