Prasības kandidātiem
You have the following skills:
- University degree
- At least 2+ years of experience in Project Management working with external customers and/or Senior Key Account Management experience in finance or IT
- Entry to mid-level tech savviness is a must
- Good understanding of project management processes and methodology
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to effectively communicate in Latvian, Russian, and English languages
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills, ability to take responsibility
As an advantage, we will consider:
- Official project management certification (PMP, Prince2, or other)
- Previous work experience in the payments/financial sector
- Knowledge of payment card business area

What youll do:
- Maintain regular communication on project activities directly with the customer
- Ensure project delivery from A to Z within scope, time, budget, and other objectives
- Plan and govern all project lifecycle and supporting activities
- Measure and report project performance to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and implement required changes
- Assist the Sales department in customer negotiations with professional expertise
- Encourage the use of Project Management best practices within the organization
