What are the goals and responsibilities?

As a Junior HR with scandiweb, you will be responsible for maintaining internal employee processes for Quality Assurance (QA) and Project Management (PM) teams. To do so, your responsibilities will include:

Conducting QA and PM onboardings;
Supervising and evaluating QA and PM education processes;
Serving as the primary point of contact for QAs and PMs within the probation period;
Collecting QA and PM performance data and reporting the data to the Head of HR and other relevant parties;
Participating in the internal resource management process.

What are the skills and experience needed?

This role does not require mandatory previous experience in HR. If you have been working previously in administrative, communication, or project management fields, we welcome you to apply.

These are the following skills and experience we seek for the role:

Great organizational skills in managing both technical tasks and internal communication with other parties;
Ability to take process ownership and to work cross-functionally within scandiweb;
Ability to oversee complex information flows with accuracy and to prioritize work responsibilities;
Willingness to adapt to changes in role and responsibilities over time in line with organizational needs;
Confident written and spoken English skills.
