• Regularly evaluate and interpret financial and business results of Private Segment for both management and business partners
• Create business case analyses at segment/product level to assist in decision making
• Coordinate and prepare financial forecasts based on business inputs and help set performance targets
• Support business with profitability interpretation, utilize pricing tools effectively, and address operational inquiries
• Work within a team of analysts dedicated to the Baltic Private Segment, supporting the Baltic Banking area and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Engage with the Baltic Banking Finance team and other cross-country stakeholders on various projects and tasks

What is needed in this role:

• At least 2 years relevant experience in field of financial analysis and data storytelling
• Good understanding of finance sector business
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in multi-tasking environment, pro-active attitude, orientation towards process improvements and attention to details
• Strong communication and teaming skills both within your core team and with stakeholders
• Excellent command of verbal and written English and Latvian languages, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Readiness to learn new financial analysis/modelling software
• University degree in Finance, Economics, Banking or Mathematics
