We are looking for a Business Development Executive is responsible for overseeing the process of business development within the company to promote its longevity.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must take full responsibility with the ongoing projects until it completes with TAT.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the Existing clients.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective stakeholders.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Conduct strategic research and due diligence investigations and Recruits investors for client IPOs.
- Discover and close potential investors and assist with corporate restructuring.
- Assembles financial models to value debt and equity and assist in investment and financial planning decisions.
- Creates and gives presentations for existing and prospective client portfolios.
- Manages all stages of client interaction, from the sales pitch to the investment contract.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Must generate innovative ideas for the development of projects and also for generation of the projects.
- Develop recommendations for product offerings, private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and valuations.
- Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memoranda, management presentations, and pitchbooks business.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.
KEY SKILL SETS:
- Degree in Any sector, Masters in Business Administration, or Course related.
- Strong communication, networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in research and analysis
- Effective presentation skills
- Ability to manage time and projects
- Knowledge of relevant regulations related to securities and M&As
- Tireless work ethic Team oriented
- Emboldened by challenges.
