And now we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Database Administrator, who will ensure that the database run efficiently and securely.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
· Install, update, upgrade, configure, monitor database and instances
· Design and create database
· Keep databases stable, operational, accessible and consistent
· Develop and optimize SQL queries
· Assist developers on SQL, data structure
· SQL High Availability, Load Balancing, Replication
· Perform DBMS related tasks:
- Configuring authentication and authorization
- Providing data backups and snapshots
- Performance tuning
- Data recovery
WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING
· Experience with PostgreSQL and MariaDB
· Experience with Linux
· Experience with AWS
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field
· 3-5 years of successful previous work experience as Database Administrator
· Experience in Fintech industry will be considered as an advantage
