RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
- Investigate alerts, both internal and external, conducting thorough analyses.
- Perform investigations on customer accounts, ensuring compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations.
- Monitor customer accounts in real-time, identifying and flagging suspicious patterns.
- Handle suspicious accounts and events following established company procedures.
- Monitor and analyze customer activity, preparing relevant reports for regulatory purposes.
- Assess and escalate cases as necessary to the appropriate department.
- Collaborate closely with IT, AML, and Payment teams to ensure alignment and resolve issues effectively.
- Interact with customers and draft responses to internal and external inquiries.
WHAT WE ARE EXPECTING
- Possess an analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Previous experience in a financial institution is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Language knowledge: English, Russian, Polish is considered as an advantage.
