And now we are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced Accountant, who is ready to be a part of a talented international team. As an Accountant, you will have accountability for supporting the analysis, preparation, and documentation of financial accounting activities. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to help develop, and execute tasks that support growth, performance, and future objectives at a rapidly growing company.

· Process, book and control of all accounting documents

· Accounting using dedicated accounting programs (no need for experience, will teach & support with that)

· Facilitating the accurate and timely settlement of transactions within various payment methods and e-commerce merchants

· Manage all accounting transactions, bank processing and invoice issuing

· Ensure timely bank payments and reconciling bank statements

· Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable

· Working with big amount of data (thats why we need knowledge of Excel)

· Participating in audits and assisting with tax returns

· Preparing regular and ad-hoc accounting reports

· Providing support to the Finance Team Lead and other team members in daily work

· Support development of accounting processes for new international business models

· Previous successful experience as an Accountant (preferably in a company that operates internationally)

· Advanced MS Excel skills and experience with any accounting software

· Structured approach and ability to achieve goals set within a defined deadline

· Passionate about leveraging technology to automate and scale business processes

· English and Russian languages (conversational level)

· Strong attention to detail, delivering accurate results while working with numbers

· Willingness to learn and develop

· Bachelor's degree (can be last year / course student) in Accounting, Finance or related field

· 3-5 years of successful previous work experience as an Accountant

· Experience in Payment or Fintech industry will be considered as an advantage
