The role

Your role in this opportunity will involve managing large scale E-Commerce advertising in Scandinavia, leveraging your experience with Google Ads to increase conversions, minimize wasted costs and identify new opportunities. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop innovative digital advertising strategies and tactics, and ensure their effective and efficient execution. The ideal candidate for this Paid Advertising Specialist position will possess an analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and a strong passion for the digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities:

Implement day-to-day tasks related to creating, managing and improving advertising campaigns
Analysis of activities and experiments, reporting and defining data-based recommendations
Ongoing monitoring and research of competitor advertising and reporting on new challenges and opportunities
Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base in order to implement effective marketing campaigns

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in a Paid Performance Specialist or a similar marketing role
Proven experience with Google Ads, experience with managing Shopping ads is an advantage
Experience with E-commerce is a must
Fluent in English and knowledge of any Scandinavian language is an advantage
You have a legal right to work in Latvia, Estonia or Lithuania
