Now we are seeking an ambitious Аccount manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Partner onboarding processes, including KYC procedures, contract management, and ongoing support until partners are fully integrated.
- Manage operational tasks such as account registrations, affiliate link verification, technical issue resolution, and partner profile updates.
- Conduct reporting and analytics, including traffic analysis, market performance reviews, partner evaluations, and responding to sales department requests.
- Provide daily support to partners via email and chat platforms, addressing inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- Utilize CRM tools to maintain accurate partner records and facilitate smooth communication.
- Oversee financial aspects related to partner accounts, including invoicing, debt management, and payment reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role, preferably as an Account Manager or Key Account Manager, Customer service or Customer support specialist.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data interpretation and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and reporting purposes.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to precision in all work.
- Great communication skills
