We're looking for a Swedish-speaker to be a customer service specialist for a travel company and help our customers go on the trip of a lifetime.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Bringing great customer service to the customers via phone and e-mail
Providing accurate information about new bookings, rebookings and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings and more
Finding solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
Correctly documenting all processes in our clients' systems

To do great in this role, you must have at least a C1 level in Swedish and a good command of English. Other than that, we'd love for you to be passionate about great customer service and can be a flexible and dynamic addition to our team.
