Core Responsibilities:
- System Setup and Support: Oversee the setup of new workspaces and user accounts, alongside routine IT maintenance including hardware troubleshooting and software installation.
- Network and Equipment Management: Manage local IT infrastructure, ensuring network stability, and keeping IT equipment up-to-date and compliant with our standards.
- Collaborative Support: Work closely with the Global IT Service Desk and engage directly with dealership employees, providing hands-on support and resolving IT issues efficiently.
Qualifications that we are looking for:
- Education or equivalent experience in Computer science, information technology or related field
- Experience in providing onsite technical support in a corporate environment (at least 1 year)
- Strong knowledge of the Windows operating system (administration, installation, support) as well as common productivity software (MS Office suite)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive attitude towards problem-solving
- Fluency in English and Latvian language
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications like ITIL, CompTIA, and familiarity with MS Dynamics and PowerBI
