As Accountant your main task will be to provide the highest level accountancy services, helping to keep accounts and accounting operations whilst working to achieve company's growth and income. 💻
Your daily responsibilities will be:
- Supplier invoice processing (validation, accounting assignment, sending out for approval, follow-ups)
- Purchase requisition and purchase order review and follow-up
- Payment settlement
- Bank reconciliation
- Asset registration
- Supplier and cost center master updates
- Responding to inquiries from suppliers and company's employees
- Continuous improvement and other assigned tasks

Our requirements are:
- English and Latvian language skills, both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
- Good social skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with others
- Excellent time management
- Excellent computer skills (Windows Office)
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- University level degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Finance would be considered as advantage
